About Nik Bisbey Hypnotherapy & Coaching
When we first meet, you will notice that I will meet you where you are.
I have no expectation of what you are going to bring, what you will say, or how our sessions ought to progress!
That will become clear as we progress and get to know each other a little.
I have spent over 15 years acquiring and collaborating skills and information about the human experience, so that I can help you in the best way I possibly can.
The practice is focused on your solutions, even if you don't know what they are yet! It's about empowering you, and helping you to feel safe, confident, and competant to be able to manage potential challenges in the future.
We'll help you to get to know yourself better so that you feel well equipped to stand in your power and to recover from your past experiences, without having to go over and over them again.
Many of my clients say that it is refreshing to find a therapy that you can really look forward to, and come away feeling great, even after the first session! The process is efficient, and you'll have audios to listen to at home to support your progress.
The sessions are equally effective online as face-to-face, according to those clients who have done both (and generally have then stuck with online for their convenience).
I have trained extensively in various holistic modalities, energy therapies, Rewind Trauma Therapy (Muss, RTT) Master Practitioner Neuro Linguistc Progranmming (MNLP), Multiple Brain Integration Technique (ICF acc', mBIT Cert' Coach), and have completed Hypnotherapy training to achieve the Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH), and The Hypnotherapy Practitioners Diploma (HPD).
I am a fully insured member of the ICO and hold an Enhanced DBS check.
I am an accredited member of the National Council of Hypnotherapists, The Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, and the Natural and Complimentary Healthcare Council (which means I can take GP referrals too).
