Welcome to Love my Mind. Bath based hypnotherapy practice.

I use a hypnosis, psychotherapy and NLP to guide and support you towards your preferred future and to take charge of your life. My approach is brilliant at giving a client their confidence to become the person they always dreamed of being.

I have been lucky enough to train at the prestigious Clifton Practice, achieving  the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD), considered to be the ‘gold standard’ in hypnotherapy training. 
I have continued my professional development by studying pregnancy and hypno-birthing, CBT integration, how to support OCD sufferers, and am delving deeply into the fascinating world of NLP as I work towards my Advanced Hypnotherapy Diploma. (AHD)
