With over 20 years’ experience as a weight loss counsellor and 35 in senior management I want to help people with the day to day issues that affect their lives. Dealing with issues such as weight, anxiety, stress, menopause, imposter syndrome, sleep issues and anger to name a few. And for this reason I have re trained as a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, a therapy which can aid people not just to be OK now but for the longer term, we help people create their own positive futures and embrace positive change.
