About Willow Tree Hypnotherapy
As well as being an accredited, registered, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist with a private practice based in South Tyneside - I'm also a busy working Mum to two girls (and a lively cavapoo dog!) so I absolutely know that life can get tricky at times.
Sometimes it can be easy to find yourself feeling overwhelmed, stuck or fearful about something going on in your life. From my own past experiences, when things build up it can feel all too much to cope with and difficult to establish which way to go to make things better - whatever the issue.
Having had Solution Focused Hypnotherapy myself (which successfuly freed me from a lifelong fear of spiders and flying), I genuinely understand how life changing the results can be. One of the things which I love most is the positive change it creates in a relatively short space of time.
About sessions:
Sessions are tailored to your circumstances, and I'll work with you to reduce stress; enabling you to gain a clearer view and perspective on things so you can find your path again and get back on track. We'll also work together on small achievable goals, focusing on your best hopes in relation to what prompted you to seek help (without the need to dwell the past), enabling you to achieve the fantastic things you'd like to!
I help people in a variety of areas, including anxiety, stress, PTSD, low confidence and motivation, low mood, public speaking and IBS.
Sessions are conducted from my therapy studio in Cleadon Village (Sunderland), and I also work with clients online.
