About Firefly Hypnotherapy
I am passionate about mental health and have always been fascinated with the mind. I have worked in the wellbeing industry for much of my career, running a health and wellbeing event in London called The Vitality Show and working as a consultant for the mental health charity, Mind.
I am trained in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy which is an effective combination of psychotherapy (talking therapy) and hypnosis. It is very positive because you do not need to focus on the trauma or problem but take positive steps towards your future while reprogramming and updating any outdated beliefs, behaviours and thoughts via your subconscious mind.
I will work with you to find your inner glow so that you can shine like a firefly even if life gets a bit dark.
