Hello, I am Kirsty at Aspire Wellness Coaching & Therapy based in York

I have a strong belief that at times in our lives we all need help and guidance to support us through life challenges, enabling us to rediscover ourselves

I am a Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist with 25 years' corporate experience in coaching people to help them achieve their goals and life wishes. I am also a certified HypnoMenopause  Practioner, supporting women through any stage of the Menopause to feel in control of their mind, body and spirit to be postive about their future

I have worked in environments that have enabled me to hone my people coaching experience, knowing along my journey that I wanted to help people from observing the impact tiny changes and adaptions and how that can make people feel about themselves, overcoming hurdles and positively getting back on track

I have worked to expand my knowledge through further education and incorporate these skills into my practice
