I have been a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist since 2012. I also studied Psychology at the University of Edinburgh in the 1970's and have a wide professional experience of therapy practices over a number of decades. I have personal experience of being a full time carer for a disabled child (epilepsy) and am familiar with the particular stresses of that role. I have also studied and worked a great deal with teanage mental health as well as helping adults of all ages.
