About Spark Hypnotherapy
I’m a fully qualified and highly experienced Clinical hypnotherapist, Anxiety Specialist and Breathwork Coach based in North Wales.
I specialise in helping Women who want to overcome Anxiety, Imposter Syndrome and Midlife Confidence Issues.
With a 25 year background in teaching drama, I am passionate about helping women to conquer limiting beliefs and build lifelong killer confidence. My mission is to Empower and Inspire Women in Midlife to regain Balance, Confidence and Self Esteem, so that they can be the optimum version of themselves, in both their personal and professional Lives.
With my help, YOU can be in control of how you feel, unlock your potential, and find your “inner spark”.
I have over 5 years experience as Senior Lecturer for both CPHT Hypnotherapy Training School and SFTA Training academy, training students to become Solution Focused Hypnotherapists.
I am a fully qualified Hypnotherapy Supervisor with the NCH.
I also deliver regular well-being seminars to North Wales Police and the Fire Service.
