I often see burnt out or stressed parents who have simply forgotten how to look after themselves, believing that ignoring their own needs and focusing on their family is the only option. It's wonderful to see these parents take control again with hypnotherapy and notice the benefits that self care and healing can have on the whole family.
I offer a relaxing and non judgemental space for you to explore, grow and heal, with solution focused hypnotherapy sessions available in Peterborough or online.
