Hello, my name is Diccon.  I am a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist specialising in Online Therapy. I trained at the CPHT Surrey, a recognised Centre of Excellence for Hypnotherapy in the UK, where I obtained my Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and am currently completing the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD), widely regarded as the Gold Standard in Hypnotherapy.

After being told for many years I ought to get into therapy in one format or another and having already had many years experience with hypnosis combining the two made sense.

With my own history of anxiety and depression I particularly wanted to train in a scientific, evidence and research based approach that would combine the tools that I had used myself with hypnotic trance, and Solution Focused Hypnotherapy was the perfect match, combining hypnosis with neuroscience and modern therapy practices of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

This quickly developed into a passion that has only grown as I have seen first hand how it has changed people’s lives and watched people flourish and prosper as they have engaged with the positive changes and behaviours we together identify.
